NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. By entering or participating in the GlowStickWars.com Phish Loves Dick’s 3-Day Field Pass Giveaway Sweepstakes, 2013 (the "Sweepstakes") you agree to all of the following rules:
How to Enter: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. You are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes when you purchase at least $10-worth of goods from the online store available at https://glowstickwars.com/store/ between the dates of April 15, 2013 and May 31, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM, EST, using promo code “ILOVEDICKS”. Every $10 you spend using promo code “ILOVEDICKS” constitutes a single entry (“Purchase Entry”). PLUS, if your order includes any one of our reusable products (LED Gloves and/or LED Shoe Laces), you will receive twice as many entries into the ticket giveaway drawing from that order. There is no limit to the number of Purchase Entries per entrant.
You may also enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the GlowStickWars.com Facebook Fan Page and doing the following: First, you must become a fan of the Page by clicking the “Like” button. After that, post a comment in the Sweepstakes section (here: https://www.facebook.com/GlowStickWars/app_204169126292521) telling us, in 30-words or less, why you love Dick’s more than anyone else. You will receive one entry into the ticket giveaway drawing for posting a valid comment (i.e., 30-words or less, and please refrain from using profanity... unless of course it’s really funny). PLUS, for every 10 votes your post receives, you will get one extra entry into the ticket giveaway drawing. To be eligible to win the Sweepstakes in this manner, you must still be a Fan of the GlowStickWars.com Facebook Fan Page on June 1, 2013 at 11:59:59 AM, EST. Entering the Sweepstakes via Facebook as described above (“Facebook Entry”) constitutes a single entry. Only one Facebook Entry permitted per entrant; however, there is no limit to the number of entries you receive into the ticket giveaway drawing as a result of the total number of votes that your posted comment receives.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any and all information collected from entrants is provided to Glow Stick Wars, Inc. and not to Facebook. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes a complete release of Facebook by each entrant.

To be eligible to win the Sweepstakes in this manner, you must still be following @GlowStickWars on June 1, 2013 at 11:59:59 AM, EST and the aforementioned “tweet” must be typed exactly as shown above. Entering the Sweepstakes via Twitter as described above (“Twitter Entry”) constitutes a single entry. Only one Twitter Entry permitted per entrant. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed ineligible.
Finally, you can gain one additional entry into the ticket giveaway drawing by "Sharing" the Official Phish Loves Dick's 3-Day Field Pass Giveaway Sweepstakes Picture (seen here: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151559508468211&set=a.392105948210.169215.370374918210&type=1&theater) "On your own timeline" on Facebook. To be eligible to win the Sweepstakes in this manner, you must still be a Fan of the GlowStickWars.com Facebook Fan Page on June 1, 2013 at 11:59:59 AM, EST. Entering the Sweepstakes via Facebook as described above (“Sharing Entry”) constitutes a single entry. Only one Sharing Entry permitted per entrant.
By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Rhode Island) and Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama). Void where prohibited. Proof of age may be required. Employees of Glow Stick Wars, Inc. and their respective affiliates and members of such employees' immediate families or households are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
Entry Deadlines: All Entries for the Sweepstakes must be received on or before May 31, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM, EST, unless otherwise stated.
Winner Selection; Notification; Conveyance of all Rights to Entry: A winner will be selected at random by Glow Stick Wars, Inc. on June 1, 2013. All other winners will be chosen at random. All decisions of Glow Stick Wars, Inc. are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The winner will be required to sign a release and verify their age to receive the prize. Prizes must be claimed by providing proper identification forms within 3 days of notification or an alternative winner will be picked. The winner will be announced on our Facebook Page and subsequently notified via Email. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be randomly drawn from the eligible Entries.
Prizes: The Grand prize will include three (3) tickets: one (1) GA FIELD ticket to each of the three (3) Phish shows on August 30, 31 and September 1, 2013 at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, CO. One (1) winner will be selected. Only one (1) prize winner per family or household. Winner may not substitute or transfer prizes but Glow Stick Wars, Inc. reserves the right to substitute prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. All prize(s) will be awarded. All prizes are contingent upon the Phish shows on August 30, 31 and September 1, 2013 being held in the future; the promoters of the 2013 Phish shows at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park and its affiliates are under no duty to produce such shows in the future. The ticket prize is entry to the venue only; all transportation, hotel, food or other costs associated with attendance will be the responsibility of the winner. All prizes are non-transferable.
General Conditions: The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws, including, without limitation, U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In the event of non-compliance by any winner with the official rules of the Sweepstakes, an alternate winner may be randomly drawn from the eligible Entries. Except where legally prohibited, your entering into the Sweepstakes constitutes permission for Glow Stick Wars, Inc. to use your Entry, name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state) and testimonials, in printed, broadcast or other media, whether now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, in any manner it deems appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other Sweepstakes and/or promotion sponsored by it, without further compensation to you.
Releases: By participating, entrants agree that Glow Stick Wars, Inc., and those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of the Sweepstakes and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion (hereinafter collectively called "Promoters"), shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, the Sweepstakes, including Entry and participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to such entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, such entrant will indemnify and hold Promoters harmless from and against any and all such claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees related thereto. Promoters shall not be liable for entries that are delayed, lost, misdirected, misdelivered, incorrect or incomplete, and such entries will be not be eligible for this Sweepstakes. Promoters shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment or software; program malfunctions or other failures; delayed computer transactions or network connections; any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to the computer of any entrant or any other person related to or resulting from downloading any part of this Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Glow Stick Wars, Inc. reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend a Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond their control corrupt the proper administration or security of a Sweepstakes. Glow Stick Wars, Inc. reserves the right to modify the rules of the Sweepstakes in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given. All taxes on any prize won are the sole responsibility of each winner, including, without limitation, any federal, state, or local taxes which may be deemed applicable in such winner’s jurisdiction of residence.
Rules/Winners List: To receive a copy of these Official Rules or the list of winners, send a self- addressed and stamped envelope to the Promoter at: GlowStickWars.com Phish Loves Dick’s 3-Day Field Pass Giveaway Sweepstakes, 2013, 80 Harrison Garden Blvd., Suite #126, Toronto, ON M2N 7E3 CANADA. Specify "winners list" or "rules" on your request.
Certain Prizes: For any prize awarded hereunder that involves a ticket, pass, backstage pass, VIP pass, access to a venue or access to an entertainer or entertainer group (collectively, a “ticket”), the ticket shall be a revocable license to the specific event and location within the venue and for the time indicated to the prize winner by the Promoters. The Promoters reserve the right, without the award of any substitute prize or payment of any cash equivalent value, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the 2013 Phish shows at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park. No exchanges. The ticket user assumes all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event, and holder voluntarily agrees that the Promoters, venue/facility, league or team, artist(s) performing, participants, participating clubs, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employees are expressly released from any claims arising from such causes. The prize winner/user bears all risks of inclement weather. Tickets lost or stolen cannot be replaced. Event time and date is subject to change. The resale or attempted resale of a ticket is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without the award of any substitute prize, exchange or payment of any cash equivalent value. The ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the Promoters.
